Can I book as an individual employee?

Yes. Many participants book through their personal annual training budget, no company-wide decision needed. Some pay entirely out of pocket because they want to be the person their company turns to on AI questions and know that this skill directly shapes their career options over the next few years. Whether you are looking to move up, stay relevant, or simply get ahead of your colleagues: all modules are bookable for individuals. The Foundation course starts at 790 € per person for a single day, and you can add further modules whenever you are ready.

Can participants from different companies book together?

Yes – our open trainings are accessible to individuals and teams from different companies. This also creates additional networking opportunities between participants from different industries.

What is the minimum number of participants per training?

Each training runs from a minimum of 3 participants. If a session doesn’t reach that number, we notify you well in advance and reschedule after discussing alternatives with you directly.

What exactly is included in the All-Inclusive package?

The All-Inclusive package covers hotel accommodation near the Kibo office in Nuremberg, meals throughout the training and all course materials. You arrive, we have handled the rest.

Do the trainings only take place in Nuremberg?

Currently all open trainings run as in-person sessions at Kibo in Nuremberg. For in-house training at your own location, contact us separately and we can discuss what that looks like.

Do I need technical knowledge beforehand?

For Foundation, AI Champion, Tooling Special and EU AI Act, no prior knowledge is needed. The Technical Sprint and Claude & Claude Code are designed for people with an IT background.

Can I combine multiple modules and are there discounts?

Yes – all modules are bookable individually and in combination. For bookings covering multiple modules or custom packages for larger teams, contact us and we will put together an individual offer.

How quickly will I receive a confirmation?

After your request through the form, we get back to you within 24 hours with a booking confirmation or to clarify dates if needed.
